Terms of Service & Booking Policy

1. Booking and Deposits

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total service cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of your appointment.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens. However, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

3. Late Arrivals

Please aim to arrive on time. We offer a grace period of 15 minutes. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to alter your service or cancel your appointment entirely to avoid delaying our next clients. In the event of cancellation due to severe tardiness, your deposit will be forfeited.

4. Right to Refuse Service

Dunia Magic Touch reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior, disrespect, or who poses a health or safety risk to our staff or other clients.

5. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to these terms.
